  3. Use this menu to set the default desktop printer, to select printing extensions to use, and to select the default folder in which to save the Portable Digital Documents (PDDs).

  5. This menu is not available because it cannot be used with the dialog box on your screen or both a printer and a Portable Digital Document (PDD) Maker are selected.

  7. Makes the selected Portable Digital Document (PDD) Maker the default printer. The default printer is the printer automatically selected when you print a document.
